The advanced option lets you design your own multi aperture layout, with any number of photos, in different sizes and in an irregular arrangement.
1. Plan the layout
- Arrange your photos in the order you want
- Measure the exact width and height of each photo
- Write the measurements down clearly
2. Sketch the layout
- Draw your layout on paper
- Add the aperture sizes
- Set the border width (minimum 20mm, 40mm recommended)
- Set the gap between apertures (minimum 10mm, 20mm recommended)
- Work out the external frame size
3. Calculate the positions
- Work out the left position of each aperture
- Work out the top position of each aperture
4. Enter it into the designer
- Enter the number of apertures
- Enter the external frame size
- Enter the width, height, left position and top position of each aperture
- Choose a mount colour and frame style
