Slide Over Hangers (Thin Wooden Frames)

Supplied with thinner mouldings as they require no screws — reducing risk of splitting the wood.

Step-by-Step Fitting
  1. Lay frame face down on a protected surface.
  2. Slide hangers onto the edge of the MDF backing board.
  3. Position them approximately 1/3 down from the top on each side.
  4. Refit MDF into frame.
  5. Thread cord through hangers and tie securely.
Slide Over Hanger
Note: Hangers may shift slightly until cord is tightened — this is normal.

D-Rings & Screws (Standard/Wider Wooden Frames)

Supplied with frames 18mm+ wide for maximum strength.

Step-by-Step Fitting
  1. Lay frame face down on a protected surface.
  2. Measure and mark 1/3 from the top on both sides.
  3. Position D-ring and screw in place (do not overtighten).
  4. Repeat on the other side.
  5. Thread and tie cord securely.
Fitted D-Ring
Caution: D-rings are sharp. Avoid stacking frames front-to-back.
Only stack back-to-back so the fixtures don't come into contact with the front of the frame.

Aluminium Frame Hangers

Designed to slide into the channel of metal frames.

Step-by-Step Fitting
  1. Lay frame face down on a protected surface.
  2. Measure and mark 1/3 from the top on both sides.
  3. Loosen screw and slide bracket into frame channel.
  4. Tighten screw securely.
  5. Repeat on the other side and attach cord.

Tip: If brackets don’t clip easily, slightly loosen corner brackets first.
Safety Tips
  • Always use appropriate cord strength for the weight of your frame.
  • Double-check knots and tension before hanging.
  • For very large or heavy frames, consider using two screws per hanger or professional wall anchors.
