Ordering a custom picture frame and mount online takes a few minutes. This guide and video take you through it, from measuring your picture to tracking your delivery.
Work out what you need
- Size: Measure your artwork or photo carefully. See our measuring advice and videos.
- Style: Modern, classic, vintage or rustic, and with or without a mount.
- Material and colour: Wood, metal or another finish, in a colour that complements your picture and your room.
- Fitting: Fitting your own artwork is straightforward, but if you would rather we did it and you are near Bedford, we would be glad to frame it in our workshop.
Explore the framing options
- Customisation: Use our online designer to choose sizes, frame colours, mount colours and more.
- Protection: Upgrade to UV-protective, anti-reflective or museum glazing to protect your picture better.
- Extras: Add tapes, spacers, hanging kits or other accessories if you need them.
Review every detail
- Dimensions: Double-check the frame size and the mount size. Ask someone else to check them if you are unsure.
- Finish and material: Check that everything is as you want it.
- Pictures: Look closely at all the product pictures. If in doubt, order a sample first.
Read the policies and reviews
- Returns: Custom-made items cannot be returned if you order the wrong size or change your mind. Read our damage and defect policy.
- Delivery: Check delivery costs and times.
- Reviews: See what our customers say on Trustpilot.
Place your order
- Add your design to the basket
- Check all the sizes, colours and quantities again (you can still edit them)
- Enter your delivery details accurately
- Choose a payment method and complete the checkout
You will receive an order confirmation email straight away, with your VAT invoice.
Track and receive your order
- Use the tracking link in your confirmation email
- You will also get text message updates when your order is dispatched
- Make sure someone is in to receive the parcel
- Inspect your frames within 48 hours of delivery and contact us straight away if anything is wrong
