Important Notice

Manufacturing & Dispatch: All custom orders are made in 1�3 full working days before dispatch (exclusions apply, e.g. peak periods).
Transit Time: Starts from dispatch day - only working days count (Mon�Fri).
Large Parcels: Orders > 800 � 800 mm external size may take +24�96 hours due to manual handling. Courier will notify you directly.

Standard Delivery

1-3 day dispatch + Next working day delivery (Mon�Fri, 7am�6pm).
Free over for orders over �50 inc VAT (after discounts).
�7.20 inc VAT for orders under �50.

Remote areas may take up to 2 working days.

Saturday Delivery

1-3 day dispatch + Saturday delivery.
�7.20 inc VAT for orders over �50.
�14.40 inc VAT for orders under �50.

Manufacturing still takes 1�3 days. Orders placed Wednesday�Friday maybe dispatched the following week.

Priority Dispatch

Next working day dispatch + Next working day delivery.
�12 inc VAT for orders over �50.
�18 inc VAT for orders under �50.
Max order value �600.

Speeds up production only � delivery remains same next-day courier (size limits apply). Available on ~90% of products.

No refund on priority fee for courier delays or missed deliveries beyond our control.

Priority + Saturday Delivery

Next working day dispatch + Saturday delivery.
�19.20 inc VAT for orders over �50.
�25.20 inc VAT for orders under �50.

Higher courier charges apply (passed on at cost price or below). Orders over �50 inc VAT receive discounted delivery.

We do not ship outside mainland UK (including Channel Islands). We intentionally set delivery charges at extortionate rate for Channel Islands and BFPO addresses as we do not delivery to those locations.

We are not liable for any costs incurred due to a late or failed delivery./li>
Two delivery attempts included. Extra charges will apply if the courier returns the order after two failed attempts.
Free/Discounted delivery threshold of £50 relates to value of goods. Any samples are not classed as goods or included in the order total.
Further charges may apply if you have supplied an incorrect or incomplete postal address.
