Overseas, Channel Islands and BFPO

We do not ship outside mainland UK, and that includes the Channel Islands. Delivery charges for Channel Islands and BFPO addresses are deliberately set at an extortionate rate because we do not deliver to those locations.

Important terms and conditions

The 3-day dispatch guarantee is for dispatch from the factory, not a guaranteed delivery date. It excludes Christmas peak and shutdown periods.
Saturday delivery may delay dispatch if the order is placed mid-week.
We are not liable for any costs incurred due to a late or failed delivery which occurs for reasons beyond our direct control.
Two delivery attempts are included. Extra charges will apply if you require further delivery attempts or if the parcel is returned to us.
The free and discounted delivery threshold of £50 relates to the value of goods. Samples are not classed as goods or included in the order total.
Further charges may apply if you have supplied an incorrect or incomplete postal address.
Further charges will apply if you want to change the delivery address after we have assigned the courier.
