Putting Everyone In The Picture

It is a measure of the manic pace at which the Zanna brothers work, especially during the pandemic which has pushed revenue up considerably and advanced the interests of internet sales by 20 years, that it's taken months to arrange an hour when I could get them both together to set down, for posterity, how Easyframe got to where it is. And even then they didn't feel comfortable sitting down. So we didn't.

Another New Machine Installed

Following on from our 2019 heavy investment in the latest computerised mount cutter and double mitre saw, Easyframe have invested further with our first new machine installation of 2020. The new A6 MemoTS+ Underpinner is the latest and greatest machine for joining the four pieces of wooden mouldings together by inserting any number of wedges in the underside of the moulding.

Introducing 360 Spin Moulding Imagery

New for 3rd quarter of 2019, EasyFrame are proud to introduce high quality 360 spin photographs of all our picture frame mouldings. Customers can now see all the way around the frames so they know exactly what they will be getting.

Mount to Live

Hungry to acquire other game-changing technologies that can enable EasyFrame to lead the pack and provide customers with results that are hard (if not impossible) to better, Rob Zanna explains here how the business is going to be the first in the UK to test another device. It's a high-end automated mount-cutting machine called the Novex, it's manufactured by the Swiss who have a bit of a reputation for great engineering, and it's not even been launched yet though it will hopefully be churning out products in EasyFrame's factory before the end of 2019.

In mid-May EasyFrame took delivery of an incredible bit of kit, a state-of-the-art machine that automates important parts of the framing process. This innovation effectively eliminates measuring and cutting errors, guaranteeing that customers receive finished jobs which respect the 'zero tolerance' approach to accuracy in frame construction that will keep EasyFrame in the vanguard as framers for years to come.
