After investing heavily in 2019 in the latest computerised mount cutter and double mitre saw, we have installed our first new machine of 2020.
The A6 MemoTS+ underpinner joins the four pieces of a wooden moulding by inserting any number of wedges into the underside. It is made in Italy by A-Plus Automation and goes further than any other machine available today. A unique fence-clamping mechanism pushes the two mitred pieces together, so the join is tightened very precisely before the wedges go in.
