Music is what feelings sound like. It can freeze time and take you back to a moment in your life. It can clear your head, heal your heart and lift your spirit. No wonder so much rides on the first dance at a wedding, or on the music at a funeral, and no wonder vinyl records have been making a comeback.
We know how much music means to our customers, so we design picture frames that keep the memories alive even when the music isn't playing.
'Skulls' by The Misfits
This 'Skulls' 7” vinyl picture disc by The Misfits is framed in a moulding from Flagship Framing embossed with skulls, to suit the music.
- Mount. Triple mounted in Larson Juhl mount card, cut on our new Gunnar Novex mount cutter.
- Glazing. ArtGlass Reflection Free glazing, which removes reflections and gives up to 70% UV protection.
- Frame. Cut and underpinned on the latest machinery from A Plus Automation in Italy.
The moulding comes in 4 colours: black, silver, rose gold and gold. It is currently available to order only from our showroom in Kempston, Bedford.
A guitar signed by the Bee Gees
Another collector's item we recently framed is this guitar, signed by all three Bee Gees, including the late Maurice and Robin Gibb.
We have had it for over a decade and used it in our showroom to show how box frames can hold 3D objects. It was looking a bit bashed about, so we reframed it.
We used a profile with a very deep internal rebate, so the whole box sits inside the frame, and ArtGlass Reflection Free glazing so that nothing gets between you and the guitar.
